[Bug 893420] Re: PST import no longer available after update to Oneiric

 

Hello Ross, or anyone else affected,

Accepted libpst into oneiric-proposed, the package will build now and be
available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to
enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

  Low-risk, re-enable a missing feature from natty (regression).

  Select File -> Import... -> Single file; then choose a PST file; Continue. You should be able to import a PST file coming from Outlook.

  The Evolution PST import plugin was available in Natty (11.04).  I
  upgraded to Oneiric (11.10) and the PST import plugin has disappeared
  from evolution.  The documentation for the evolution plugins package
  says that PST import is one of the available plugins.  This may be a
  regression of
