Title:
"Lock screen after" setting in Screen is ignored

Bug description:
In the settings window, in the "Screen" preferences, there are very
few options, and even they don't seem to work. :-) One of them is the
"Lock screen after" option where you can select a delay before the
screen is locked and required a password to regain access.

I have this set to 1 hour.

But that setting is ignored. I haven't pinned down exactly how long it
actually waits for; it isn't immediately after screen turn off, but
it's only a few minutes longer, I think - and probably the default,
  whatever that was.
