Title:
Empathy throws Network Error, when logging on my Jabber account
Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: empathy
mission control event log tells, that no password has been given.
Ubuntu 11.04
empathy 2.34.0-0ubuntu3
dbus 1.4.6-1ubuntu6
Related to this problem might be, that i also fail to mount my
webdavs-drives via nautilus and to run scripts from within nautilus
that require root privileges (sudo after gksudo requires password
again).
All this worked well with ubuntu 10.04, which i have still on my usb-
hdd. I have checked for the correctness of the passwords. As skype is
running well and as i managed to mount my webdav-drives with that
mount.davfs extension, i suppose, that i do not have a network
problem.
A problem with the dbus authentication module?
