Title:
"Delete permanantly" should not be close to "restore" in the trash bin

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
When right clicking on an item in the trash bin, the option "Delete
permanently" is just above the "Restore" option.
When inadvertently moving the pointing device, a user can perform an action that is the total opposite of his intent and that can not be undone (at least not by average users).
From an accessibility point of view, this is really bad for people who are not able to use pointing devices precisely.
This bug seems really easy to fix.
