Title:
Majority of plugins are not enabled

Status in “brasero” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: brasero

I was attempting to create an audio CD utilizing Brasero. I received
this error message " mp3" is not suitable for audio or video media."
after DnD. Further inspection revealed a majority of the plugins are
installed just greyed out and unable to be selected. I recall
transcode being a default installed plugin in the past and having no
  issues with it.
