  software-center crashed with SIGSEGV in PyGILState_Ensure()

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Bug in 12.04 32 bit.  most time open software center select program,
  select install button grays, nothing happens.  this time select
  program from "apps to install" Crash info box opens, then software
  center opens, when package is selected for install, nothing happens.
