Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  The title bar says: Keyboard Layout "..."

  Verified using several locales that it's not localizable.

  P.S. I think it's probably in xkeyboard-config (xkb), but don't have
  time to verify...
