Title:
There are two "8,0x" where other of them doesn't work

Status in “brasero” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: brasero

When burning iso image and clicking "preferences" there are two "8,0x"
speeds. If I choose lower, Brasero writes the disk with maxpeed (and
live-cd fails and goes to busybox).
