  Hover effect should be active on list view mode in nautilus

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

  Both icon and compact view modes have hover effect(icons shine when
  moving the cursor above) but list view does not..

  (Also it would be nice if hover effect was more windows-like as it's very useful in terms of usability..
  I include a screenshot about the idea)
