  I'm not sure what exactly the issue is, but I no longer have the
  ability to use the Fast User Switcher Applet in the GNOME Panels on
  all users, and I keep getting an error that reads
  "OAFIID;GNOME_FastUserSwitcherApplet" error on login on all users as
  well
