Bug description:
  Ubuntu 10.10 running on Compaq/HP Mini 311. 
  Using bluetooth icon on task bar, right click and select 'turn off bluetooth' would switch off bluetooth in Ubuntu 10.04.
  In Ubuntu 10.10, right click bluetooth icon and select 'turn off bluetooth' switches off bluetooth and wifi.
