Title:
Online buddies not showing in buddy list on empathy for ubuntu 11.04

Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: empathy

Some of my buddies that are online will sometimes not show on my buddy
list on empathy. Specifically a buddy on the irc draconic server did
not show as online to me but did to another friend on the same server.
If this is a server error and not empathy I apologize, but thought I
should report it just in case.
