Bug description:
  I have just installed ubuntu 11.10 and trying to install ubuntu tweak'
  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/next

  terminal output on update:t W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net
  oneiric Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because
  the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 360D382BFC695405
