  setting preferred format to mp3 breaks copying cd to library

Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When setting the preferred format to mp3 copying cds to library does
  not longer work, and I am offered to install additional tools, but
  installing these tools fails. See the attached output on the terminal:

  Installing the following packages manually enables converting to mp3:
  gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad
  gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse

  This should be working by default.
