Title:
URLs in description are not links

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

There are several packages that mention a URL in the description but
you cannot click it to open the URL.

For instance the package called "ubuntu restricted extras" says in two
places: "Please see http://...";. In other words it is specifically
asking the user to go somewhere, but you cannot click on the link. You
can't even copy/paste the link with right click or Ctrl+C. Apparently
the user is supposed to type the whole URL manually.

  This is in software-center 1.0
