[Bug 791082] Re: Battery monitor doesn't show level on ThinkPad X220
X220 6-cell battery, Ubuntu Oineric x64 and the same behavior.
# upower --dump
energy-full-design - is sometimes showing 58Wh or 64Wh or even 72Wh
The 6-cell battery should be 64Wh

Title:
Battery monitor doesn't show level on ThinkPad X220
Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
On a ThinkPad X220, the battery monitor usually fails to report the battery level after unplugging. Though the time remaining is reported, the meter shows with a red outline, as if it's completely out of power.
If the problem doesn't show up immediately after unplugging, try putting the machine to sleep and restarting. Then the problem should occur.
