Title:
Empathy changes status to away when I put the computer to suspend, but
doesn't change it back when I wake up the computer
Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Status in “empathy” package in Fedora:
Unknown
Bug description:
Binary package hint: empathy
Using Lucid. When I suspend my computer Empathy changes my MSN status
to away, or atleast when I wake my computer up my status is set to
away so I guess it happens when suspending. I can't find any way to
control this. I think my status should be set to Available when I wake
up my computer. I don't like auto-away and I don't like that Empathy
does this. It doesn't make sense that my status should be Available
before I suspend and then Away when I wake up my computer. I have to
manually change my status to Available every time I wake my computer
up from suspend.
