[Bug 43627] Re: download estimation should be use "nn:mm" not "nn.mm"
This looks fixed to me with Epiphany 3.2 available in Ubuntu 12.04
"precise" alpha.

In the download manager, the time remaining is showing, for example,
00.09 (to indicate 9 seconds left). This should be 00:09. My locale is
set properly to en_US:
