Note that this does not seem to trigger a crash anymore (at least on
Ubuntu 11.10 and later). However, nothing happens when clicking on "New
separator" and the same error message as in the attached TraceBack is
still printed.

  while editing the main menu could not add separators or new folders.
  Menu is rather large. Limitation to number of entries?
