[Bug 909811] Re: Internet Connection speed very slow edit sysctl.conf required
Removing system monitor as the network speed does not have anything to
do with system monitor. This way the bug will have no package as
affected, so it has a higher chance to get triaged by someone and get
assigned to the package it really affects, then if it would remain
assigned to the system monitor package.
