[Bug 907159] Re: One user(Evaa Mesmer) does not have unity or other access to software
Thank you for your bug report, does it happen all the time? Can you use
the indicators on the top right of the screen? can you take a screenshot
of the screen when you log in?

When my wife logs on there is no way in which she can access programs
(e.g., Mozilla) -- the unity icons on the left do not appear when we
put the cursor there, nor is there any tool bar above or below.
