1) see first offline empathy  and than open the debug menu clear all
previous logs and with clear option.than set the status available and
than  click on the mission control log there is the option of auth-
client  log file appear  in the list save it and attach.

  Facebook chat isnt connecting anymore via Empathy.It used to
