Neither can I reproduce the issue. For now, it seems like gnome-
screensaver may be at blame here, so I'm adding a bug task for it

Bug description:
When screen is locked the window title is visible on the top menu bar.
This is an issue especially with web browsers especially where the
currently viewed page title is visible without unlocking which can
leak information.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open web browser to a website
- Wait for screen to lock
- Move mouse to display unlock dialog
- Observe page title in top menu bar
