I don't think I've seen this since the gtk3 port, so it's probably
fixed.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  I was removing some "Other" packages I had installed, like obsolete
  libraries.  After removing one, the list usually refreshed.  But after
  removing a couple, the list didn't finish refreshing.  Screenshot
  attached.
