Bug description:
  Hi all,

I am using xubuntu 11.10 with lightdm and lightdm-gtk-greeter as
dm/greeter. After logging in the system through lightdm-gtk-greeter,
there is no utmp/wtmp information recorded, i.e. if I use 'who' or 'w'
command to check who is logging in. I could not find any record for
the current user. For my system, I could not successfully start lightdm
with unity-greeter, so don't check this issue with unity-greeter.

It works well with gdm + lightdm-gtk-greeter. (The login user will reveal
       in who/w/last command through tty7/tty8).

       Cheers,
       Mike
