[Bug 846551] Re: Gnome terminal is not included in alt-tab in Unity task switcher

It works ok most of the time, but I don't know how, its internal state gets corrupted, and not all running windows are accessible from the task bar and alt-tab switcher.
Maybe, it can get corrupted when the system is hibernated.

Title:
Gnome terminal is not included in alt-tab in Unity task switcher

Status in “gnome-terminal” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When I open gnome-terminal and other applications, and then press alt-
tab, the task switcher never lists the gnome-terminal applications. I
have to minimise all other windows in order to interact with them.
Clearly this is less than ideal!
