  Missing icon when new message arrived in panel icon

Bug description:
  Hi,

  When a new message arrived, the panel icon display a "missing icon"
  icon instead of the expected bubble.

  In the logs I see:
  empathy_pixbuf_from_icon_name_sized: Error loading icon: L'icône « notification-message-im » n'est pas présente dans le thème

  I guess that 10_use_notify_osd_icons.patch is the problem here.
