Title:
Missing 'accept all changes'/Reviewing toolbar in LibreOffice

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In LibreOffice 3.4.3on Ubuntu 11.10 (32bit, with unity-2d), with
Writer, I can't seem to find any place to force LO to 'accept all
changes' after merging/comparing two documents. This seems to be a
regression, either in the window that provides the Accept/Reject
Changes list (no toolbar on that dialog, and no right-click options
for reject/accept etc), or else in the lack of the Reviewing toolbar
that I believe was present in previous OOo versions.

In fact, the only way that I can find of accepting changes is not by
right-click on the actual changed text in the main document window.
Serious loss of important functionality here.

Possibly related, but smaller in extent: bug 476211.
