Bug description:
  When a document is opened, Evince is unable to remember if the last
  time a document has been opened its window was maximized or wasn't.
  Instead, if it was maximized, the window fills the screen. In the
  Unity desktop environment, this makes window control buttons not to be

  Note this has no relation with the case of opening Evince without any
