Title:
defconf windows pops up and disappears

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

While I'm installing software using Ubuntu Software Center, windows
titled "defconf on [computer name]" keep popping up, staying visible
for only a split second, and then disappearing. This happens even if
focus is not on Software Center. It's actually not that big an
annoyance but I figure it's not expected behavior.
