Title:
  gnome-terminal miscalculating terminal geometry

Status in “gnome-terminal” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When the terminal is configured to start with 61 rows it actually
opens with either 59 or 60. I can't tell which one since the geometry
  overlay has been removed.
