Title:
  software-center: can only retrieve comments for paid apps once

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  In the software center you can only request reviews/comments for paid
  apps once, for a single package. After that, you have to restart the
  software center to get reviews/comments for the next package.

  How to reproduce (note, I'm not on an English system, so some steps might not apply)
  1: start the software center
  2: in the 'what's new' section, click on Monster RPG 2
  3: if you're not on an English system, click on 'Show reviews in English'
  4: click 'show more reviews', nothing happens
  5: go back to the main screen, click on TRAUMA in the what's new section
  6: click 'show reviews in English', note how nothing comes up
  7: restart software center, directly click on TRAUMA
  8: click 'show reviews in English', note that it now shows a single review
  9: go to Monster RPG2, click on 'show reviews in English'
  10:note how no reviews show up

  This behaviour seems to only occur for the paid-for apps, I can
  request as many reviews for VLC as I like, both before and after going
  through the steps described above.
