Title:
[64-bit] Flash: drop nspluginwrapper dependency at Firefox 3.6.4
release and make Fx 3.6.4 not use nspluginwrapper

Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

As on the one hand Firefox 3.6.4 is going to have Out-Of-Process-
Plugins, and on the other Adobe has put 64-bit Flash on hold,
recently; taking into account problems with nspluginwrapper support
for Flash, I think we should do the following:

  1) drop nspluginwrapper dependency for Flash at the day of Firefox 3.6.4 release
  2) make 64-bit Firefox use 32-bit plugin-container process and use 32-bit Flash in it (and make Fx 3.6.4 not use nspluginwrapper)

I suppose it'll be easier to maintain this way. I see that 3.6.4b7 in
Ubuntu Mozilla Security PPA still uses nspluginwrapper; why is it so?

I was not sure what package to set for this bug, as it concerns both
  Firefox and Flash packages.

Also: when I kill nspluginwrapper process, Flash in Fx 3.6.4b7 in
Ubunut dies less gracefully than in the official solution - there is
no image saying about crash and no "reload" link.
