Thank you for your bug report. Do you remember when that changed? We use
the same versions basically in Oneiric and Precise, those options are
available usually when you select an image from the pictures folder
combo, not from the wallpaper list, is that the difference between your
screenshot?

Jeremy, sorry for the noise, I first though it was maybe due to the
refresh for the new design you did, thanks for working on that btw ;-)
