Title:
Hide kthreadd by default
Status in The GNOME System Monitor:
Confirmed
Status in “gnome-system-monitor” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
If I choose to display all processes, the kthreadd process group and
a bunch of child processes is displayed.
Can that kernel stuff be hidden by default please? This is not
interesting to most users.
As a side note, If I try to kill any of these processes, the system
monitor crashes immediately. Many of the other right-click actions
does not work either.
