Bug description:
  1) lsb_release -rd

  2) apt-cache policy libreoffice-writer
  libreoffice-writer:

  3) What is expected to happen in LibreOffice Writer via the Terminal:

  cd ~/Desktop && wget
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/891104/+attachment/2598567/+files/Document1.docx
  && lowriter -nologo Document1.docx

  is the file opens successfully.

  4) What happens instead is LibreOffice gives a general error, general
  input/output error. The file was created on skydrive.live.com,

  WORKAROUND: Open via Abiword.
