  Need to rename SOFTWARE_CENTER_BUY_HOST

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The name SOFTWARE_CENTER_BUY_HOST is confusing as it actually points to software center agent.  A new var should be created: SOFTWARE_CENTER_AGENT_HOST.
  This variable will be used in the code, it will get its value from the SOFTWARE_CENTER_AGENT_HOST value in the env or it that doesn't exist then from SOFTWARE_CENTER_BUY_HOST.
