Gwibber ignoring preferences and running at login

In Ubuntu 11.10 I have unchecked the Gwibber option to run at login.

However when I login Gwibber does run. It is not listed in the startup

Broadcast are listed. One which has the arrow beside the name and
expanded with the 'Update status / Messages / Replies / Private'
