Message #68483
[Bug 273490] Re: Totem-plugin-viewer shows visual effects even disabled.
I agree. This is not fixed. In 11.10, I still see the visualization in Firefox even when it is disabled in totem. Re-sizing the window to be small does not matter either.
It is wasting almost 50% of my CPU!

Title:
Totem-plugin-viewer shows visual effects even disabled.
Status in Totem Movie Player:
Fix Released
Status in “totem” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Binary package hint: totem
I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 and Totem-plugin-viewer 2.22.1.
It should not show visual effects because they are disabled in Totem settings. It works as it should in the movie player, but not in the browser plugin.
