Bug description:
  1) Open the wallpaper panel in gnome3 control center by searching unity dash for "Background". (right-click desktop "Change Desktop Background" does not exhibit this behaviour)
  2) Shows up in launcher as application "Background", with wallpaper icon.
  3) Click "All Settings" at top left of window.
  4) Click some other settings panel (such as "Backup" or "Keyboard")
  5) The launcher item is still "Background" with a wallpaper icon, which no longer has any relation to what's in the window.

  -------------------

  Desired solution:

  - Detect which panel is opened and adjust the Launcher icon
  accordingly.
