Thanks, but unfortunately backports isn't really the path for bug fixes.
This issue should be fixed in 11.10 by way of a Stable Release Update
(SRU) instead.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

  While searchmonkey or nicotine application is running, I can't open
  gnome-system-monitor. This is message in terminal:

  ** (gnome-system-monitor:31963): WARNING **: SELinux was found but is not enabled.
  ** (gnome-system-monitor:31963): WARNING **: Failed to load icon for APPNAME(PID) : Error opening file: No such file or directory

  terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Gio::Error'
