Reassigning to the gnome-applets package, as the panel network load
applet is part of the gnome-applets package, so it is not part of gnome-
system-monitor.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

  When i am connected to the Internet through a local network (wired network) the system monitor on the panel shows the right graph and data which is alright.
  But when i am connected to the Internet through mobile broadband connection, the system monitor on the panel does not show any graph of data but when i open the system monitor, it shows network history and graph of data received and transmitted.
