  The nautilus menu is not being returned to nautilus window when
  browsing nautilus as root

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Previously when using a root nautilus browser the global menu would be disabled & nautilus's menu would return to the nautilus window.
  This no longer happens & no menu is available in a root browser.
