Launching rhythmbox from the command line with -d reveals this upon
check new devices:

Bug description:
I've upgraded from 10.04 LTS to Precise during alpha. When I insert my
iPod via USB, Rhythmbox does not include the device. dmesg contains
the mass storage hints:
