Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evince

   - Open a PDF document,
   - set the zoom level to 100%,
   - select "Save Settings as Default"
   - Exit evince, open a brand-new PDF document that hasn't been opened with evince before
   - Zoom level is at 70%
