  unity-control-center crashed with SIGSEGV in
  cc_appearance_xml_load_xml_internal()

  control center crashed after checking 'allow over 100%' then going to
  use the volume keys on my keybaord to make the volume as loud as
  possible, it seemed to crash rigth after hitting it 100%
