does not mean that the problem is solved in package nvidia-331-updates-
dev, or?

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I have initially open a question and it was suggested to me to open a
  bug report. I am trying to install the include files for OpenGL
  development with the nvidia 331 driver but the packages nvidia-331-dev
  and nvidia-331-updates-dev just do not carry those files under Trusty
  (they did under Precise Pangolin). It is therefore impossible to
  develop OpenGL applications.

  header files for OpenGL development from NVIDIA.

  I have installed nvidia-331-updates-dev , the documentation of this
  pacakge for Precise Pangolin lists the foillowing files:
