[Bug 995788] Re: rhythmbox music player keeps playing after being closed down

 

Now that there's an Ubuntu-Gnome distribution, the patch should be
reverted so that Rhythmbox works as expected in Ubuntu-GNOME. And stock
Ubuntu should "fix" Rhythmbox by having a rhythmbox-unity package or
something like that.

  rhythmbox music player keeps playing after being closed down

Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I was playing a song using rhythmbox music player and had enough so I
  closed the program by clicking the little "x" in the top-left corner.
  This closed the window alright, but the music kept playing.  In fact,
  after the current song finished, the next song in the list started to
  play.
