[Bug 1366637] Re: Synaptics' Precision Touchpad misdected as PS/2

  It's an Acer Aspire E 11 (E3-111-C0WA), which should have Synaptics' "Microsoft Precision TouchPad".
  September 5th: The touchpad worked upon installation, but lost all functionality after I installed the updates and rebooted.
  
  I updated gpointing-device-settings through Synaptic.  Although I recall
  that this wasn't always so, currently there are touchpad settings in
  Mouse & Touchpad, but still no functionality.
