Set that one as dupe of lp:1372728; does not understand why launchpad
have created itself a dupe simply by tweaking 'add tags' and/or title
description.

Bug description:
  Utopic installation

  Received newest packages: 14.04.0+14.10.20140922-0ubuntu1

  but when i set these 2 packages for upgrading, a list of about 50 new *.dev dependencies are added.
  I suppose they are not expected on a basic user desktop instalation.
